1. Scope of Application

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products and services provided by BAJRO-DEVELOPMENTS, offered via Discord.

1.2 By placing an order and accepting these terms, a legally binding contract is created between you and BAJRO-DEVELOPMENTS.

1.3 These terms may be updated or extended at any time. In case of changes, customers will be informed accordingly.

2. Services

2.1 We offer both custom-made (individual) and prebuilt digital products, including but not limited to:
Discord bots, GTA V content, maps, and scripts.

2.2 Custom orders are based on client specifications. Prebuilt products may be sold multiple times.

2.3 Delivery is provided digitally via Discord upon full payment.

3. Payment

3.1 Payments are processed via PayPal invoice only.

3.2 Work begins only after confirmed payment.

3.3 Clients are responsible for correct billing details and agreeing to PayPal terms.

4. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

4.1 Per § 356 (5) BGB, no withdrawal right applies to custom digital products after production has started.

4.2 Prebuilt product withdrawals expire upon delivery or download.

4.3 To revoke or report an issue, open a Discord support ticket.

5. Liability

5.1 No liability for misuse, modification, or improper installation.

5.2 Third-party compatibility is not guaranteed unless stated.

5.3 Delays from incomplete or incorrect input are not our responsibility.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

6.1 By accepting these terms, you consent to the collection of:
Discord ID, message content, order status, feedback, timestamps, and form inputs.

6.2 Data is stored temporarily (e.g., 14 days) or permanently (e.g., logs or feedback).

6.3 Only authorized team members have access to client data.

6.4 Data is never shared with third parties unless required by law or PayPal.

6.5 You may request data deletion anytime via Discord ticket.

7. Copyright & Confidentiality

7.1 All delivered content is protected by copyright.

7.2 Redistribution, publishing, or resale is strictly prohibited without written permission.

7.3 This includes files, bots, messages, screenshots, and internal communication.

7.4 Violations may result in legal action and claims for damages.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 German law applies.

8.2 Digital delivery via Discord fulfills the service.

8.3 If any clause is invalid, the rest remain effective.
